There is a big difference and a lot of time between taking Ph3 all the way and waiting for FDA marketing approval. I think JP has been clear that they are happy to do the first but but not the right company to do the second bit. Plenty of time in between trial results and FDA approval (1 year 3 months in trofinetide/Daybue case) so they are really quite different prospects.
