Any money spent now buying shares causes share
reduction. If we ever need cash again in the future we can allocate what ever we buy now into a capital raise ar a higher price.
imagine buying 3,800,000 shares with our 50 million, we can offer a raise at that same amount of shares at a higher price if need be.
huge profits for NEU.
simple mathematics if we for example issue shares at $20 x 3.8 million shares = $76 million AUD
pprofit of $26 million AUD. Minimum dilutiom to raise $76 million.
We could easily raise more if needed but i doubt we will.
i am just highlighting the facts to some that think this BB isn't working. Or a waste of money.
