you are right again. There are many better opportunities than NEU and there are many worse than that. But as a good investor you cannot put all your balls in same container. Second point here is situations keep on changing, the stocks which looks average to bad today may give you better returns over stocks which look good to better.
So market is like that, you cannot be at 2 points at a given point. You have to lose one position to retain the other. Choice is yours.
