Not sure how you would know that the SP would be lower. Are you just guessing the SP would be lower? my observations watching other bb is the sp often follows the fundamentals good or bad, bb won’t prop the SP if there is bad news etc. if there some positive news the bb will give the price more bounce. looking forward to some positive announcements in the next few weeks.
