The apparent slowdown in the BB surely indicates that the primary purpose is to take under-valued shares out of play.
I'm disappointed, that with the exception of Canaccord Genuity, nobody seems to want to take advantage of the almost unlimited amount of shares being dumped by UBS.
We have most of our analysts who cover NEU pricing it in the high 20's yet no-one (emphasise no-one) seems to be taking any notice of their valuations.
