I hope the endpoint discussions will be favourable else all this SBB is futile and if the discussions are favourable then whats the point of SBB???
I feel like if these 50 million were to be invested then special dividend would have been a better outcome for retails, nobody would have minded a ~35 Cents divi.
All good if takeover talks are happening in background and gonna happen in near future else I don't see much point of this SBB if we are going to run the phase 3 by ourselves which seems the most probable outcome, 6 months to 1 year is a long time and this SBB won't help in putting a bottom to price.
I hope the endpoint discussions will be favourable else all this...
