Potentially, I am just going off google and trying to understand the ASX disclosure rules. Worth asking the IR email to make sure there hasn't been an oversight.
I took a look at NWS which is running a buy-back and they have Appendix 3H - Notification of cessation of securities notices which seems to differ from what NEU has in terms of lodgements.
