yes i understand. I dont have any experience in company sales especially listed companies so i am hoping we have enough leverage to enforce our value as opposed to market value. Using property sales as an example, the value the seller thinks their property is worth isnt necessarily the value the market is prepared to pay. The final outcome depends how desperate the seller is to sell, and/or how desperate the buyer is to have that property....and obviously how many buyers want that property.
