I look at UBS churning $1b shares in NEU over 12 months for no apparent gain in their holdings, the BS that was the Culper Report and the relentless use of bots to drop the price the second a genuine buyer departs.
It looks like the institutions are now holding over 60% of the stock - within striking distance of the 75% - if they are, in some way colluding with each other.
JP has compared NEU with the $7b paid for Reata, yet, it appears that NEU could be taken out for less than half of that "valuation".
It's interesting to note that the amount of shares being purchased daily seems to be lessening, despite the drop in price. Does JP suspect that taking shares out of play might be assisting those seeking to acquire NEU at the lowest price possible?
