But I would have thought that there is a enough of a % of shares in rock hard safe hands to prevent compulsory acquisition.
The big point is, what % of the current "turnover" is pure and simple churn.
[Oh for a unique index to be allotted to every share, enabling tracking of an individual share on a strictly "last in, first out basis". That may cruel the pitch of some operators.]
