Yesterday's SBB figures aside, there have been days when NEU / Jefferies have declined to take advantage of the SP being below the "maximum price" indicating (to me) that some type of longer term strategy is in place.
Has, for example, Neuren enlisted a "white knight" to start mopping up those shares on offer just above the "maximum price"?
While I'm sure that several of the institutional investors in NEU would sell for around the $30 mark, I'd also believe that there are others who are taking a longer term approach.
I've been derided by some here for suggesting that 75% is the key marker rather than 90% but I can't not believe that one of the outcomes NEU is trying to achieve is to remove any possibility of the 75% figure being achieved.
