That would be nice, but the difference is only about 1.2%~ and I consider anything purchased below $13 to be outstanding value. We will hit 50% of the funds being used soon but the FDA meeting and minutes will come some time next month so we'll be able to soak up a fair amount of shares between now and then I imagine.
We can see how much supply has been soaked up as a result.
Note: The Jefferies numbers includes non buy back activity too however it is very clear the dates where the SBB was active (Grey Line)
