We negotiated a min 12% royalty + significant milestone payments and not having to cover Ph3 costs ourselves, all with the risk of a Ph3 still ahead. You would expect us to negotiate a royalty quite a bit higher if the risk and cost of a Ph3 is behind us and we only require marketing and distribution.
