It’s a bloodbath across the board for similar stocks. Not even the fundamentally strong ones are safe. Unfortunately we will likely be at the mercy of the market for a while, however for companies like NEU which have strong balance sheets and positive earnings it should only be temporary. NEU isn’t reliant on the market for cash to keep the lights on, and economic uncertainty doesn’t impact demand for critical drugs. Pipeline progress may slow a little but for the most part this could halve from the current price and have no extra trouble getting back up to the highs, when optimism returns (compare that to companies that may be forced to incur highly dilutive raises at a low price, making a return to the all time highs more difficult)
