Hopefully, there is more to the SP malaise than the variety of reasons that you posted, because if not, there is a very real possibility that we are headed toward a hostile takeover over bid.
If the majority of the volume being turned over is not churn, then where is it going? We are supposed to be tightly held. If it is not going to 'tight hands', then a BP may be rubbing its hands gleefully accepting an unexpected, windfall, bargain basement accumulation.
