Very interesting post - my nerves will no doubt get the better of me. The lizard brain always rears its head as trial outcomes approach.
That being said, from where we stand now, it would seem that if we get a greenlight from the FDA to replicate the Trofinetide P3 trial, wherein the PMS P3 trial will use all/most of the same measures as the P2 trial, then I think we can be fairly confident and our nerves should hold!
