I think that you need to keep in mind that even during the share buy back process, the share price keeps dropping. My blunt perspective is that anyone with half a brain knows that the SBB is in place and so they don't need to accept less for their shares but the share price continues to drop. I'm happy to be wrong here, but the price drop is relentless, and there are plenty of other biotech companies with far less ahead of them, not doing as badly as NEU. Each to their own, but this is extraordinary IMHO.
