Consolidation was warranted, we were languishing and its hard to attract meaningful interest when your SP is measured in cents. We had too many SOI.
CR was warranted and prudent. You need liquidity in the event that binary outcomes (which happen in Pharma) don't go your way. It is sensible management. Beyond that, you surely can't argue for liquidity in one point and then argue against it in another.
The buy back is an excellent idea - the falling SP does not change that. What else should management do with excess cash that would add value to the company.
