The value of these shares (at $13 and if repurchased onmarket) would be about $96m (nearly 2x the SBB)
Since 01/02/2024 the three top net sellers of Neuren shares (UBS Securities, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley) traded over 181m shares (more than our entire SOI)
Time will tell regarding the effectiveness and/or value of this SBB. My personal opinion is that the value for the shares paid was a good decision and that the decision to not expand it further was also a good one. Regarding share price it is clear the market will do what the market wants as listed above the US investment banks have traded millions of shares back and forth over this period of time (generating billions of dollars worth of volume between themselves) - our SBB volume doesn't really make a dent in the overall trading.
