the best governance is having someone well known in the industry, with a fantastic reputation, hold millions of shares, both via WHSP and his own personal shareholding, and is buying more even at $6.00 ++++
no amount of disclosure, committees, bs talks, reports can replace putting your own money on the line which is what robert milner has done.
as i have said before. if you think milner is acting against his own self interest by raising money via these notes, you have rocks, or maybe coal in your head.
