WHSP picked up 5% of the company by way of guarantor for cn's
plus
what ever interests they own in the foreign investors (maybe zero maybe 100%)we will never know
Add the 5% plus to their current holdings and reduce the size via buy back (about 5%) makes for a cosy deal for the outlay
Cant find an angle that has benefited me that hasn't benefited whsp more
