If you had $200k at the time, instead of buying a note, you could have 100,000 NHC shares at $2 each
You would now have roughly $600,000, plus 80c+ shares in dividends which is $80k
The current notes convert at roughly $1.72. Therefore one note at 200k converts to 116K shares, or $700k but no dividend
Buying shares at the time is roughly the same as buying the notes (i dont know the tax implications of converting notes into shares)
So dont say you didnt get a chance to buy the notes and you were getting ripped off. Even if you did, its obvious buying shares at the time was roughly the same value as the notes.
