I don't know if China's economy is the basket case that many media outlets suggest it is. It could be. But as a pai holder I'm cheered by the fact the news is mostly negative re China's economy. Perhaps that indicates it's a good time to buy in doom and gloom.

cons - the forecast population decrease is a concern

pros - the Chinese govt have great opportunity to influence the course of events. Perhaps moreso than most governments. One specific possibility is that legislation to make a freer market could occur.

china and other emerging markets have not had the run other markets have had. Maybe that makes pai an opportunity for capital growth.
