Seller is probably Wilson's who held PPS in their WAM Microcap (WMI) fund. I doubt they'll be hanging around.
I've held this for 4 years trying to extract some value from it. Can't say I disagree with Wilson's assessment. It's cheap but management don't have a record of creating sh value.
