Parramatta Eels (Sydney based) chartered a private flight for players and officials direct am on game day, then return direct immediately post game. Astute decision by Parramatta, too risky to rely on QAN, would be stranded somewhere between check in and the tarmac while the game was scheduled, arrive days and weeks later (in time for 2023 season) without their gear and so on. This is QAN 2022, thanks to QAN Board Chairman and CEO.
