I was wondering the same thing a little while ago.

Aside from the obvious nature of the market atm which is thumping a lot of small caps, another poster on here had a theory (and I'm going from memory here) along the lines that the company is putting out no information/announcements/updates on purpose, with the intention of taking interest out of the stock, meaning they can continue to buyback at a better price. Apparently RUL used to put out regular updates but these have ceased at the moment. Makes sense, and I can't find any source that explains the decline any other way. People are just getting ansty with all the doom and gloom and bailing out without good cause.

Having said all that, I still very much have the L plates on, and would be happy to be corrected on any of this by those who know more... This is a real quiet board- though perhaps it's better that way for the time being.

Also happy to have topped up recently- despite the drop, the fundamentals and strategy here are good. Nothing has changed in that regard. It'll come back soon enough IMO.
