Dont think this will dilute shareholder value as it will reduce the number of shares, it will however take cash of the balance sheet which can be seen as reducing shareholder value. The buyback cost was stated at $6.17 on 31/10, at that time the sp was about $4.94 so they,ve been bought back at a premium-I wonder if this a employee(s) leaving the company
