I think the elephant in the room is, When are shareholders going to have a dividend paid. They have a pile of cash, more than enough to fund contingencies, exploration, Covid costs, etc.
The hard earned by the shareholders needs acknowledgment.
The managers of the company seem to be doing very nicely, but they have forgotten the backers of the business.
