Not sure what you expected; we're in the middle of a buy-back.
STO have told us the commencement date, April, and the finishing date 30/12.
They've told us how much they're going to spend, US$350m.
They'll be wanting to buy back as many shares as possible for that amount of that time period.
It works in their favour, and eventually ours, for the SP to be down as low as poss. You just have to wait this out.
