Well at least some more in the bag at a lower price but will take a lump at these numbers to get buyback average down. Big picture is OK just hope they can get more at lower prices to increase return for shareholders. Extra benefit right now as saves dividend as well.
Traders know the limits and play the game when buybacks are on and set the algo accordingly to steal pips here and there.
Can only imagine where price would ave ended up yesterday without buyback of 800k shares.
