They don't advertise as a high interest account. You wanting them to pay you interest along with any other things you might want doesn't mean they have any obligation to do so sweetheart.

As for financial institutions earning interest and otherwise making money on client deposits is this some sort of revelation for you? Did you miss a few classes at early high school? If I take your comments seriously you must think all financial services companies are benevolent charities because that starting point is the only possible reason you could "not know what I'm talking about".
