Tony has bought 896K/21900k or 4% of the target buyback shares in 1.5months or 12.5% of the one year buy-back period.
He buys as little as 17k shares a day.

If he is serious, he will need to accelerate his purchases at some point. The question I ask myself is, is he waiting for some bad news to hit the market that will cause TGP to fall to 50c or below?

I am not suggesting he is. Just trying to understand his tactics.
