I'm actually quite similar I'm sitting at 13 percent for my current REIT exposure with 3 percent of that being TOT and 10 percent being DXC. Then again I also hold BKW as my largest position at 18 percent and that is morphing into an industrial property REIT plus the SOL shareholding so if we allocated 50 percent of that stake as being REIT exposure I'd be sitting at 22 percent.
I'm more than happy to email you the Bell Direct broker reports and share my theories on DXC if you'd like? That goes for anyone else on this forum too as long as you are aware it's purely the views of a passionate hobby investor.
I'm a little disappointed as I was hoping TOT would have an AGM where I could attend virtually and ask questions however I've just received a response from them saying they aren't legally required to have one so won't be doing so.
