The arrogance of these guys.... 12 months destroying shareholder value, and they cannot bring themselves to have the navel gazing, errr.... sorry shareholder moment. Just more of the 'we are executing on our strategy'.
HPI from $3.60 to $2.70
TOT from $1.00 to $0.53.
I know that is the story of the REIT sector. But heres the difference... most of the office reits were already fully invested in 2021 - 2022.
TGP was completely cash at one point (post IAP). Potentially they got roped into the call option to buy that crap at 4.5% cap rate... but if so, why did they agree to that option with Charter Hall.
I am just seeking some empathy from mgmt.... instead of more and more bonus and share rights for free.
