Why double the buy back amount, but not increase the amount they buy back, seems 54 cents is the highest they will go to.
Seems "Intelligent Investor" is selling over last month or so, they cease to cover this stock and are selling out, but indicated that owners
of the stock could sell or hold and see what happens, no hurry on this one.
