I see this big money polluting realestate all round the world only the good spots , the little people pay the taxes to create the good spot like syd melb then the cashed up rich come in get 30% discount on the oz peso and buy the cream meanwhile the tax payer got to build new houso units because the clown pollies got no answer , its great if u sell 1930 s cities slum terrace for a coupla mill wow this is like a cancer in the good cities round the world.
