The whole industry is broken.
Closed funds in Australia are a disgrace.
Both TEK and TOP are the worst... which is saying something.
If lazy, apathetic shareholders actually exercised their one fundamental right - their vote - we wouldn't have this issue.
Instead, we have a muppet raking in millions for providing nothing to shareholders.
