Yep, agree. It's finally turned into the interesting LIC experiment that's long been promised.
They've either got to make it work or just wrap the whole thing into their other fund rather than admitting failure.
The fact that they've not renamed it partly tells me they are still leaning towards wrapping it up. Perhaps it's simply that they don't want to scare the investors in the other fund by merging in assets that were trading at a huge discount, if they can get to 5% discount or so it doesn't look like such a basket-case.
