Yeah, agree that the disconnect between the share price and the discount hasn't budged. Surely the writting is on the wall that this model is broken and that it should be rolled into their other funds. Maybe it's the potential size of the discount in that roll-up that has people holding back.

Seriously though, unless you're already aware of this stock, there's not much that would make you want to have an initial look at it, which probably explains the absence of other buyers.

I'd love to flick-it, but:
1) hard to "give away" such a discount, and
2) it's in a fairly sizable CGT position...
So I'm kind of stuck here for a while, nice FF'd divvy keeps it from being a pain-trade I guess ;-)

Sitting on a sizeable CGT for this - now that is impressive.

You are right, there is an obvious lack of demand. Honestly, there is good reason for that.

I wish Regal would just deal with it... the discount isn't going anywhere.

They will never convert the money maker into an open fund, but at least roll it into RF1, PGF or something with far better liquidity.

It could work for both funds... if done properly.
