Ann: Update - Notification of buy-back - WHC, page-15

I would honestly love to see this somehow dump to $3.60 and let the buyback sit there maxing out at 25% (?) of volume every day for a week or two... If $400M of "my" money is going to be used to buy WHC shares, I'd rather it be done as cheaply as possible. I know HC is full of people watching their stock plummet 20% on awful news and responding with "I'm so thrilled!!! Time to back up the truck!!!" but this is one case where I really find it tremendously unlikely this stock will fail to go up over the next few months, so in the short term I am legitimately thrilled to see temporary red for the sake of the buyback.

Of course, much as I'd love to see that, I don't think we will get to enact very much of the buyback below $4... and of course if something cataclysmic happens with coal I may have to eat my words, but it seems very unlikely.
