$400 million divided by 103 million shares equals $3.88.
two maximums are the $400 million and the 103 million shares (10% of total shares approx)
I think the goal is to get those 103 million shares off market asap if can do it at lowest SP they can. Once they are gone they don’t have to spend all of the $400million.
lower shares on market means remaining holders will be better off.
