Increase to $550m with 26.9m shares still to be bought.
Given they have spent $362m already, this leaves $188m for the remaining 26.9m shares.
That means they are giving themselves room for an average price if $7.00 per share.
Since we are currently at $4,68 per share, they are expecting to pay much more than $7 per share over the period.
That tells us how cheap the shares currently are.
Also, future buybacks coming
