if the plan is to sell another 155 million shares (after approved..too easy) than I suggest the 1.22 million shares we might not get before AGM are not going affect any final result of reducing SOI, increasing EPS and ultimately shareholder returns. I can reconcile an immediate 5% increase in SP against a 0.1% decrease (short-term wait) in SOI.
