I'm not the type to risk other peoples money, especially when I have the capacity to give them a slice of bread instead of a few crumbs.
U can’t guarantee that the share price will stay up at all! …it simply give the smart money the opportunity to play around with CG.
The worst case scenario for the BOD and CEO is the dividend at least sets up one part of the TSR for justifying their rewards. It amounts to manipulate the rules to improve their chances of gaining a higher rewards.
There is virtually nothing that makes WHC behaviour appear as a Public Company…except for the way it is funded.
