As you would recall voting on the share buyback at the AGM last year, 95.8% of shareholders who were allowed to vote, voted in favour of the buyback.
A buyback of 10% of the company occurred between April and October as well, as holding shareholders would also recall.
All of the negative posts towards the BOD is completely unnecessary as from the above the holders have spoken.
