    I'm interested in the logic behind these two different view points. I'm a buy and hold kind of guy, a bit lazy to trade.

    I get that there is an increase in EPS, as less shares on issue, but can't recall the oerall rationale, in terms of how much they should pay on any given trade day? I expect they have a written policy in effect that they won't pay more than $X, but not sure if X is public knowledge. I'd guess not.

    Could you explain the two viewpoints?

    Given a few of the Board have reasonable size holdings, I guess our interests are aligned.
