So guys how is this buy back going to benefit you?
The maximum buy back is less than 5% of the shares on issue.
They can’t deploy that cash to operations? Capital?
in my opinion I believe it’s a dumb strategy whether the price is low or high. Given market conditions, price of coal and definitely lower revenue this quarter I just don’t understand the strategy.
Should've increased the dividend. They have some hefty payments to make over the next 4 months. I say preserve capital instead.
Is anyone going to give me a great reason why they should buy back shares now and likely in the short to medium term?
Or are you going to not respond?
I’d appreciate a respectful answer or thoughts.
If we assume the share price stays as is, isn’t the maximum number of shares approximately $225 million in a change to the real market cap?
Big woop? Thats an uplift to the current price of
less than 5% if the bought back the maximum.
Example share price says at $5.50. After maximum buyback at say average $5.50 then share price theoretical value is around $5.77. Is that so great?
