the company said the capital allocation framework will get reviewed at EOY - suspect this buyback might be increased and use up some of the debt headroom should the SP continue to float around this level .
Think it gets overlooked a lot, we have 834m SOI but 34m or 5% of the register (milestone shares) dont qualify for dividends that % keeps increasing as well as the buyback gets through buying the dividend qualifying shares
Given my personal tax circumstances i would prefer buyback but happy we get a bit of both esp at these prices
