The only dividends worth getting are the fully franked. That means the company has paid the tax on them. I'm not sure whether big earners ie over 30%tax rate still cop it, but as far as I am concerned personally no extra tax. Eventually ZIP will go the dividend track, pretty small to start with, maybe 5%.Anyway buybacks are a good sign that we are on the right horse, that is sensible management.
