I think the world is a dangerous place for SP appreciation. We've seen a couple of heavy falls and the market has snapped back quickly. Before the falls markets were in overvalued territory, now they are more crazy. Not sure about price, but I'd be waiting for the next big hit (it's coming), jump in and get out again, then do it again. Looking for sustained price appreciation in ZIP is for tweety birds IMO
